Cancellation Policy
A valid card is required to secure all appointments. No payment is collected at the time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Because appointments are offered during limited travel dates, advance notice is essential. If you’re beginning to feel unwell or anticipate needing to reschedule, please reach out as early as possible.
